The phone is answered by whoever is closest to it, which during a build can mean a short delay. If nobody picks up, leave a message with a number and we return calls at the end of each session block rather than mid-build.

Parking Free surface lot behind the building, entered from the side street rather than from Poplar. The two spaces marked for the suite are ours. Loading a full set is easiest from the rear door, which we will open if you call from the lot.

How People Usually Describe the Turn

Satellite navigation puts most people in the right block. The building itself is easy to drive past, so here is what to look for.

From the west

Heading East on Poplar

Pass the shopping strip with the pharmacy on the corner. We are the two-storey brick building immediately after it, set back from the road.

From the east

Heading West on Poplar

Once you see the pharmacy sign ahead on your right you have gone about fifty yards too far. Turn at the next light and come back.

Inside

Second Floor, Rear

Stairs and a lift in the lobby. Suite 210 is at the back of the corridor — follow the sound of a grinder if the door is shut.

Call if you need something today, want to check whether a bench is free for a walk-in regrip, or want a straight answer about whether a session is worth booking at all.

Email if you are asking about a component we might not stock, sending measurements from another shop, or requesting a reprint of an old ledger card. Bess answers those, usually within a working day.

Use the form to request a session. It reaches the calendar directly and gets you a confirmation call within one working day with an exact time.

  • The clubs in question, including ones you no longer use
  • The shoes you play golf in
  • Your home course name, for green speed and sand notes
  • Any previous fitting sheets or ledger cards you have
  • A rough idea of your usual scores, if you keep them

Weekday Afternoons Are the Quietest

If you want time to stand at the bench and watch, ask for a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon slot. Saturdays are busy and the bay runs back to back.
