Both complaints above are fair. The shaft delivery estimate was optimistic and we now quote the longer figure by default. The seating in the front room is genuinely poor, and until we take on more floor space it will stay that way — so we say it out loud rather than letting people find out on arrival.

A text now goes out the day before with what to bring, after several people arrived in street shoes.
The Waiting Area
Still two chairs and a bench. We would rather spend the floor space on the component room, and that is not going to change soon.
