Walk into the component room and you will not find a brand wall. Shafts sit in weight bands, grips sit by core size, and everything has been on a scale before it reaches the rack.

Why the Room Is Laid Out This Way
A brand-organised rack quietly steers every fitting toward whichever line the shop has most of. Sorting by measured weight removes that pull entirely: when the mass plan calls for a 68 gram wood shaft in a mid-launch profile, we walk to the 65–69 band and look at what is there.
Nobody pays us for placement, nobody sets us a quota, and we do not run brand-of-the-month promotions. The commercial consequence is that we stock fewer units of more lines, and occasionally have to order a raw shaft that a bigger shop would have on hand.
We think that trade is worth it. A three-day wait is cheaper than a season with the wrong shaft.

What Sits on the Racks
Stocked depth varies through the season. Anything not on the rack can normally be ordered as a raw shaft in two to four working days.

Grips and hardware
The Small Parts That Move Big Numbers
Putter Grips
SuperStroke, Flat Cat and Lamkin in weights from 60 to 145 grams. On a putter this choice is a balance decision more than a comfort one.
Ferrules
Eighteen bore and taper profiles from Brampton and general trade suppliers, turned flush on the bench rather than pushed on and left proud.
Tip and Butt Weights
Steel and tungsten slugs from 2 to 30 grams, plus butt-cap counterweight systems for putters and full-length builds.
Adapters
Current and recent-generation adapters for the major adjustable hosel systems, fitted to a logged torque value.
Tape and Epoxy
Double-sided grip tape in two widths, plus a slow-cure structural epoxy mixed by weight on a gram scale, never by eye.
Heads
We Build With Almost Anything
Heads are ordered per build rather than stocked in depth, which means the choice is not limited to what happens to be in the room. We regularly build with Titleist, Ping, Callaway, TaylorMade, Mizuno, Srixon, Cobra, Cleveland, Wilson and PXG heads, and with Odyssey, Bettinardi, L.A.B. Golf, Evnroll and Toulon putter heads.
We also build a fair number of clubs with components-only head lines, which offer very good value for players who care more about how a club performs than whose name is on the sole.
And we are entirely happy to build with a head you already own. Around half our work does exactly that.
Build services
Every head goes on the scale
Whatever the source — ordered new, pulled from your bag, or bought second hand — the
head is weighed and logged before assembly. A catalogue head mass figure has never once been
allowed to stand in for a measurement in this shop.
